How FIT10 Works

FIT10 stands for:

FIT10 provides a complete fitness program that includes the following: Cardio conditioning, flexibility, muscle tone, strength and endurance. Because FIT10 is based on the concept of instantly tiring the muscle and then taking the muscle through the full range of motion with applied resistance, a complete workout can be achieved in just 10 minutes. Today it's called Burst Training.

Here are two powerful and unique benefits of FIT10: (1) As you gain strength you never add repetitions, you simply add resistance and intensity. (2) Because you do not rest between exercises, you accomplish your cardio at the same time you're building strength. As you get stronger you easily control the resistance level to allow for a very intense workout, as you can see in the video below.
